Over the past two decades, I've built my career leading operations, developing leaders, and helping organizations navigate growth, change, and complexity. From frontline operations to executive leadership roles with full profit and loss responsibility, I've had the opportunity to lead teams, business units, and transformational initiatives across diverse business environments.
Those experiences taught me that business success is rarely the result of strategy alone. The strongest organizations align people, processes, and execution around a clear purpose. When leadership is aligned, accountability is clear, and operations are working effectively, businesses create the conditions for sustainable growth.
As a CMA, CPA and MBA, I bring both financial and operational perspectives to the challenges organizations face. Throughout my career, I have led large operational teams, managed multi million dollar business portfolios, improved business performance, and built leadership teams capable of delivering results through periods of growth and change. I understand the realities of running a business because I've spent my career doing exactly that.
Today, I work alongside business owners and leadership teams to strengthen organizations from the inside out. My advisory work focuses on organizational design, operational effectiveness, leadership development, business turnaround planning, succession readiness, and fractional executive leadership. Whether a business is preparing for growth, experiencing operational challenges, developing future leaders, or planning for an eventual ownership transition, I help create practical solutions that balance people, performance, and long-term sustainability.
Beyond my advisory work, I am a Partner at Acquen Partners, where my partners and I are actively pursuing opportunities to acquire and operate exceptional businesses. Our goal is to build a portfolio of enduring companies by supporting business owners through thoughtful ownership transitions and creating environments where businesses, employees, and communities can continue to thrive.
